We accept payment by cash or by charge/debit cards only.

New patient visits
$130.00 plus medication, includes lab tests & B12 Injection

Monthly visits
$50.00 plus medication, includes B12 injection

Medications
$20-49 per month, depending on type and amount

HCG Injections
$15, contact our office for details

We do not accept insurance as payment; however, upon request, we will code receipts for patients to submit to insurance companies for reimbursements. Inform receptionist at the end of each office visit.
